Dr. Gerald C. Hsu

The author was awarded an honorary Ph.D. in mathematics and majored in engineering at MIT. Over 18 years, he pursued studies in eight academic disciplines across seven different universities. He subsequently dedicated 24 years to self-study in internal medicine, food nutrition, personality disorders and behavioral psychology. Since 2010, he has invested over 40,000 hours and reviewed more than 8,000 medical publications, focusing his self-directed research on internal medicine. His work emphasizes metabolism and immunity, branching into endocrinology, diabetes, and related complications, including cardiology, nephrology, neurology, ophthalmology, and dental health, among others. In 2019, his medical research expanded to oncology, geriatrics, and dementia, with a particular focus on enhancing longevity through lifestyle-induced metabolic improvements.  

His research approach is based on the GH-Method: Math-Physical Medicine, which emphasizes "precision and quantitative proof." He maintains a strong interest in preventive medicine and public health. To date, he has authored and published nearly 1,200 medical papers in more than 100 medical journals, released over ten special editions in six medical journals, and written seven medical books, all available on Amazon.
