Richa Guptha

Dr Richa Gupta is working as Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of J&K, India. She is a recipient of the Early Career Psychologist Achievement Award from the American Psychological Association. She has also awarded with Young Scientist award for her research on employee well-being. Three of her research papers presented at national (01) and international (02) conferences have been conferred the Best Paper award. She has also received travel grants twice from the Association of Psychological Sciences, USA, to present her research at the International Convention of Psychological Science. She has published more than 15 research papers and presented her research work in more than 25 national and international conferences. Her main area of research focuses on positive psychology, particularly on the role of psychological strengths in protecting and enhancing individual’s well-being under stressful situations.
